MagickWand • Resize the GIF Images

I'm resizing the GIF image .But the content is resized Image is different from Original Image

Command used to resize the GIF Images: convert originalImage.gif -resize 1600x1600 resizedImage.gif

Why There is difference between the original Image & resized Image.?

How to solve this issue ?
